President's Week Ski Shuttle Schedule

For the President's holiday week (February 18-26) the Methow Valley Ski Shuttle will be operating daily with the following schedule:

Depart Winthrop Town Trailhead 9:30 am
Depart Brown's Farm Trailhead: 9:50 am
Arrive Mazama Corral Parking: 10:00 am
Mazama to WinthropDepart Mazama Corral Parking: 10:05 am
Depart Brown's Farm Trailhead: 10:15 am
Arrive Winthrop Town Trailhead 10:30 am
Departure times are approximate and are subject to change. Please arrive 10 minutes early for loading.

Cost: $5. Please have cash or check available for payment.

Reservations Requested: E-mail mvshuttle@gmail.com or call 509.996.3645. Walk up passengers without reservations will be accommodated on a first-come, first served basis. Capacity: 15 passengers.

How it works? Drive, walk or ski to the trailhead of your choice. Load your skis, poles and self onto the shuttle. Enjoy the ride to your destination trailhead and ski your heart out back to your start location.

Special Shuttle Schedule January 21 and January 22

To reduce congestion on the Community Trail this coming weekend during the MVSTA sponsored Pursuit race, we will offer a special shuttle schedule Saturday, January 21 and Sunday, January 22 only.

On Saturday, January 21 we will operate the shuttle between the Winthrop Town Trailhead, Mazama Corral Trailhead and Cub Creek Trailhead. Skiers can enjoy the Community Trail from Mazama to Winthrop or ski the Rendezvous from Cub Creek Trailhead to the Mazama Corral Trailhead.

On Sunday, January 22 we will operate the shuttle between the Winthrop Town Trailhead and Sun Mountain Lodge. Skiers can ski the upper and lower Sun Mountain trails and then ski back to their vehicle at the Town Trailhead via the Winthrop Trail.

Methow Community Trail Groomed and Ready to Ski

MVSTA groomed between Wolf Ridge Resort and Brown's Farm this morning, which resulted in the official opening of the Methow Community Trail! The first ski shuttle of the season will commence Monday, December 26 and make one run daily through Sunday, January 1. Reservations requested.

Ski Shuttle Begins Monday, December 26

The Methow Community Trail Ski Shuttle will begin service Monday, December 26. We are optimistic that the forecasted snow will allow MVSTA to groom the 30K Community Trail in its entirety. In the event that the trail does not fully open, we will provide a shuttle to Sun Mountain Lodge. We will post updated shuttle departure times and locations Saturday.
